By creating an account, purchasing a membership, booking a class, or otherwise using the VictorsFitness.ng website or mobile app (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials.
Membership options, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at signup and may change with 30 days’ prior notice.
Fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are non‑refundable except as required by law or expressly stated herein.
Payment processors (e.g., Bank Transfers, Paystack, Flutterwave) handle transactions; we do not store full card details.
Classes have limited capacity and are booked on a first‑come basis.
Late arrivals (10 minutes after start time) may be denied entry for safety reasons without refund.
You may cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before start time without penalty; recurring late cancellations may incur a fee.
By participating in any fitness activity through VictorsFitness, you affirm that you are physically fit and capable. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury. Always consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program.
Treat staff and members with respect.
No harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
Proper athletic attire and clean footwear are required on the gym floor.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
All content on the Service logos, text, graphics, videos, software is owned by VictorsFitness or its licensors and protected by Nigerian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profile photos, comments) but grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the Service.
The Service may link to third‑party sites or integrate with apps (e.g., wearables). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific fitness results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VictorsFitness disclaims all implied warranties.
VictorsFitness, its directors, employees, or partners will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.
You agree to defend and indemnify VictorsFitness against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in‑app notification 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
